Nate Chambers (Trainer) | My training...it's the one place where effort and outcome truly reflect each other. You train hard, get you results. Nate is a fully certified Gym Jones instructor and brings extensive knowledge and passion for individual programming to the team. Along with his knowledge for program design Nate also comes with a strong background in row and ski erg training, a great fit for endurance based athletes or those simply looking to add more aerobic training to their strength program. He believes that all training inside the gym should be transferable to daily activities, sports, and passions outside the gym. Have a goal and work towards it. You will get stronger and faster, but you will have to work for it.
Dr. Joey Salgado (On-Site PT) | Joey prides himself in delivering high quality 1-on-1 care to help his patients perform the activities that they enjoy in their lives. His certification in Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) and Functional Movement System (FMS) allows him to perform an efficient evaluation in order to analyze the body as a whole, and not as separate parts. By utilizing a variety of manual therapy techniques (Graston, Functional Myofascial Release, Myofascial Decompression (MFD)), he is able to improve joint dysfunction and soft tissue restrictions to help improve one’s mobility. He also treats patients with Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) dysfunction by performing a variety of joint mobilization, soft tissue mobilizations, and postural corrections.
When he is not treating patients, he spends time with his family and friends and stays active by working out and playing in basketball leagues to keep in good shape. He enjoys watching football and basketball in particular and cheers on his beloved 49ers, Indiana Pacers, and Golden State Warriors.
