Join us for a full morning of sweat, laughter, and friendly competition! The workout begins promptly at 11:00a and will include a full warmup, sweat sesh and cool down. Bring your sneakers and water, but no need to bring other equipment. All proceeds benefit Girls on the Run of the Bay Area.
