EXCLUSIVE TRAINING CLIENT HIGHLIGHT
I initially came to CrossFit KURA with the intention of working on my abs and getting muscle definition.
In the past three months I went from not being able to do a push up or pull up to strict pressing over 100# and doing weighted pull ups. The abs and muscle definition have since come as a result of work I put in.
I've learned a lot about training and I look forward to continuing to work toward and advancing my fitness goals.
