Be YOU. Let's be honest we are a strength and conditioning gym, our goal is to be the best strength and conditioning gym WE can be. Let's be honest we aren't yogis but we think we know what you need when it comes to "areas of opportunity". And so we have partnered to work with Nandi Yoga and designed a yoga class based on YOU. We've watched you train, we've looked at your assessments and analyzed your results and now we've out sourced to best to bring you what your body need to be successful in training. 

Who is this for : All our athletes.

What is the goal? This series is designed to complement your training with the goal of helping increase mobility, protect joints, and balance flexibility with strength.

How will this be different than normal yoga? 
Just same as we are different than the other CrossFit Gyms you've entered. By having clear intent and individual focus. Bringing attention to proper alignment, sensation and
breath; class will enable you to gain better understanding of your body’s mechanics, strengths, and imbalances to minimize and/or prevent injury back in side the gym!
